This project is a thoughtful addition and full renovation of an existing 120 year old URM historic home in Provo, Utah. The new build out created an additional Primary Bathroom suite, new guest room, powder room and plenty of basement storage. The main house was a full renovation including all new electrical, plumbing, mechanical and restoring the original finishes. The strict guidelines used by the Salt Lake City historic society were used as a road map for the interior and exterior renovations.

Additional seismic retrofits were installed to create a safe home for the next 100 years of life.
